Creative Connections
Ladies, come on out for Creative Connections, our monthly quilting group. All are welcome, and no previous experience is needed. We meet at the church one Friday every month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Dr. Kindell/Reasons for Faith Ministries
Dr. Kindell, who teaches scientific creationism, will speak at CCHC on Sunday, April 27th, and Sunday, May 4th, at the Sunday morning service, 9:30. He equips believers to give every man an answer for their biblical faith. All are welcome.
April 27 topic: "Amber - An Especially Valuable Jewel For Creationists"
This presentation demonstrates how micro-fossils found in amber provide even more powerful evidence than the discovery of dinosaur soft tissue, proving that the fossil record was formed rapidly by the flood of Noah only several thousands of years ago.
May 4 topic: "Diatoms and Radiolaria - God’s Microscopic Jewels of the Sea"
This presentation discusses the importance of these microbes and how their magnificent, microscopic houses made of glass demonstrate that our Creator is not just the great engineer and architect, He is also the great Artist Whose masterful works of art are evident even at the microscopic level.

Sunset Sail
Please join in for a sunset sail on White Rock Lake in Dallas, Tuesday, May 27, 7:00 to 8:30 PM. All are welcome 13+. Bring a picnic dinner/dessert to enjoy as we sail. You can sign up online or at church. We will be ordering tickets on April 27, so please sign up and pay CCHC by then.
