Creative Connections
Our Story
Creative Connections was started in 2017 as a ministry of Calvary Chapel Honey Creek. The purpose of this group is to offer a place to quilt and craft together, as well as providing an outreach to the community. Everyone is welcome to participate.
At Creative Connections quilting is led by our capable teacher, Rachel Leo, who guides the group in making quilts from start to finish—no previous experience needed! Some of the quilts that we make are donated to places such as: pregnancy resource centers, local community care fundraisers, and to those who are suffering. At other times, we gift beautiful baby quilts to expectant mothers.

When we do arts and crafts at Creative Connections, Rachel coordinates various women to lead the group in producing beautiful things, as they enjoy fellowship together. Generally, all instruction and supplies are provided. Some of the craft items that we make are used as fundraisers and some are for each woman to take home.
